The 2013 season was filled with transitions as the team was guided, in her first year, by Jordan "Alex" Mitchell.

SBVC (17-15; 6-8) wrapped up the 2013 season on Sophomore Day with the best overall team record in 15 years, which was the last time SBVC won Conference, defeating the Mt. San Jacinto Eagles (7-22-1; 3-11), 6-3.

SBVC (12-12; 1-5) got behind early and tried to rally late, but to no avail as the Victorville Victor Valley Rams (7-18; 2-4) took the Foothill Conference match-up, 10-5.

SBVC (12-11; 1-4) got back some of that early season flare, pounding out eight hits and six runs as freshman right handed starting pitcher Courtney Leach (1-4) (Redlands Citrus Valley) tossed a complete game one hitter in defeating the Barstow Vikings (4-20; 1-4), 6-0.

SBVC (11-11; 0-4) was dealt a six hit shutout by the number seven team in the state, the Palm Desert College of the Desert Roadrunners (10-5; 4-0), 9-0 in five innings.

SBVC (11-10; 0-3) is trying to find their way through the Foothill Conference schedule, taking their fifth straight loss, this time, in five innings at the hands of regional rival the Rancho Cucamonga Chaffey Panthers (16-6; 4-0), 24-5.

SBVC (11-9; 0-2) grabbed a run in the bottom of the 7th to avoid the shut out, but the first place Whittier Rio Hondo Roadrunners (14-4; 3-0) took the game, 4-1.

SBVC (11-8; 0-1) opened up Foothill Conference play trying to stay close with the Lancaster Antelope Valley Marauders (8-10; 1-0), but the visitors scored five in the top of the sixth to put the game out of reach, 9-1.

SBVC (11-7) traveled to Huntington Beach blasting the Costa Mesa Orange Coast Pirates, 4-1 and the Los Altos Hills Foothill Owls, 8-0 on Friday night, then came back to Earth on Saturday, losing to the Pasadena City Lancers, 13-5 and the Moorpark Raiders, 5-0. SBVC will open up the Foothill Conference schedule on Wednesday.

SBVC (4-2) put together an impressive showing versus the Imperial Valley Arabs (3-8), scoring two runs in the bottom of the seventh in game one, then continuing the offensive barrage, by pounding out 11 runs in a 5 inning game.
