Freshman Shanice Stewart (Rialto Wilmer Amina Carter) already with a school record in the javelin toss, added another record to the list at the high hurdles. Freshman Rebekah Frazier (San Bernardino Cajon) placed in the top five all time with a 2nd place finish in the 3,000 meters.

Stewart set her first record at the Foothill Conference Preview hosted by SBVC last week with a post-2001 javelin throw distance of 110'5". And yesterday at the 5-Way Meet at Antelope Valley College in Lancaster, she set another record, this time in the 100 meter high hurdles, with a time of 14.39.

Frazier wrapped up her top five finish, 2nd place finish in the 3,000 meters at the Foothill Conference Preview hosted by SBVC last week with a time of 10:50.71.
