Student
Assistance Program
"For Students By Students"
The Student Assistance Program was designed to lend
San Bernardino Valley College's students a helping hand. That helping hand
stems from students who have chosen to offer their time and knowledge to
enhance other students' experience here at Valley College. In addition, all
services are offered free of charge!
The SAP will help you find alternatives and options
to help you succeed in life and in your college experience.
The
SAP provides help with:
Filling Out Forms (Fafsa, Bog, Admission, etc)
Time Management/Scheduling Classes
Free Phone Use (Students Needs)
Free Non-Perishable Food Items
Textbook Loans
Peer Listeners
Referrals For Housing, Food, Jobs, etc.
Holidays are a wonderful time of the year! We recognize this
and during the holidays, we host a very lovely holiday dinner. For those of
you who wish to attend please contact the SAP during the Fall semester.
(Complimentary!)
In order to ensure the quality services, our office hosts
various campus fundraisers and activities. These activities are designed to
maintain the services that we offer to students and to expand our horizons.
Such fundraisers/activities could include Bar-B-Q's and Chance Drawings.
Fundraisers/Activities vary throughout the year, call for the most
up-to-date one.
