• Submit college application and be admitted (admission office)



• Submit the following to the Nursing Department in the semester before desired entry and when prerequisites are completed; February 1st for entry in August  OR by September 1st for January entry:




Note: Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Late applications may not be considered. Application to the Nursing program (available in the Health Sciences Office, Heath & Life Science Building, HLS 101 or below) Official College transcripts from all colleges attended except SBVC or Crafton Hills College (must be issued in last 6 months) Proof of High School completion (transcript OR Diploma OR G.E.D. score OR California State High School Proficiency exam score)   All prerequisite courses must be complete at the time of application.   Applicants with all requirements met will be randomly selected and accepted to the class or added to the wait list depending on space available.   Students will be notified in writing of their admission status.   Applicants wishing to transfer from another nursing program will only be considered if space is available.
