  Application to the Nursing Program


  • Submit college application and be admitted (admission office)


  • Submit the following to the Nursing Department in the semester before desired entry and when prerequisites are completed; February 1st for entry in August  OR by September 1st for January entry:


  • Note:

    • Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Late applications may not be considered.

    • Application to the Nursing program (available in the Health Sciences Office, Heath & Life Science Building, HLS 101 or below)

    • Official College transcripts from all colleges attended except SBVC or Crafton Hills College (must be issued in last 6 months)

    • Proof of High School completion (transcript OR Diploma OR G.E.D. score OR California State High School Proficiency exam score)
       

    • All prerequisite courses must be complete at the time of application.
       

    • Applicants with all requirements met will be randomly selected and accepted to the class or added to the wait list depending on space available.
       

    • Students will be notified in writing of their admission status.
       

    • Applicants wishing to transfer from another nursing program will only be considered if space is available.
