All Applicatants must meet the following qualifications, prior to acceptance into the STAR program:

• First Generation College Student, Low Income, or Disabled
• Registered in 6 Units or More
• Enrolled in English, Reading, Math, Biology, or Chemistry (First Semester In STAR)
• US Citizen or Resident
• Working on an AA/AS Degree (Some Programs Will Not Qualify)

Certificate only programs & some degree programs do not qualify, such as Nursing and Psych Tech. (See STAR Staff For More Details and Other Programs)
