San Bernardino Valley College has a "Transfer Services Center" which maintains records for all students with a transfer major and provides additional planning assistance to "Underrepresented" students presently attending SBVC who plan to transfer to a four-year college or university.

The Transfer Center's aim is to lessen students' fear of continuing above the community college level.

The Center also houses the KIOSK a computerized information system which allows students access to their assessment scores and grades, class schedule for fall, spring and summer, articulation agreements and other transfer information at the four-year institutions. Students can establish an appointment with a four-year representative at the Center and develop an  Admission contract with their perspective institutions.
