Professional development is available to all campus classified faculty, managers, and staff. Funding is available upon submission of requests to the Professional & Organizational Development Department. 

Timely Submission: Submit your request at least eight (8) weeks before your planned conference date. Requests are considered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Fund Availability: Be aware that funds are subject to availability, and eligibility criteria may apply.

Application Review: Understand that SBVC and SBCCD reserve the right to review and approve or deny applications based on available resources.

 Important Notes:

- Professional Development does not fund international conferences.

- Funding is designated for employees only and does not provide funds for students.

- Requests will be processed in the order they are received, subject to available funding.
